Wayward Smokehouse and The Curious Oyster – *2019 Excellence Award Winner*
This was a challenging project from start to finish. This project consisted of a full demo of an existing restaurant and a full buildout of two restaurants under one roof. There were several challenges that had to be overcome while under construction. The most difficult challenge CAM had was the task to VE and design build a complete lighting package with the assistance of the architect. We needed to stay within budget and achieve the owners goals, to create a unique atmosphere through lighting. This required a lot of attention to details and in the end, we were able to meet the owners goals.
Bar Louie – White Marsh
Demoed the existing space. Installed a new meter and high volt panel. Upgraded and replaced all wiring and light fixtures, replaced exhaust fans. Supplied power to HVAC unit and water heater.
Copper Canyon Grill – Arundel Mills
New construction building. Supplied and installed all the new electrical wiring, fixtures, and receptacles. Mounted and wired all the televisions. We also, installed the fire alarm system and hood suppression systems.
Looney’s – Bel Air Road
Restaurant space upgrade. Installed new wiring for GFI’s, receptacles, POS outlets. Added new 20 amp circuits for garage bar doors and receptacles for the garage doors as well as the deck. Ran wiring and hung ceiling fans and outdoor lights.
RegionAle – Canton
Restaurant space upgrade. Installed new wiring and disconnects for HVAC and condensing units. Upgraded circuit breakers. Ran new wiring for GFI’s and house lighting as well as low voltage. Convert sconces to receptacles for Televisions.
DJS Redwood
This project consisted of a complete demo of three floors and full buildout of office space for the Department of Juvenile Services. CAM provided new power, lighting, lighting controls and complete fire alarm system. DJS was completed on time and within budget.
Luk-Fu – Maryland Live Casino – *2016 Excellence Award Winner*
This project required close attention to details with a tight deadline. Luk Fu consisted of extensive LED dimming and lighting controls, new panelboards and feeders, power requirements for new appliances, hood controls, and fire alarm.
Wingstop – Hanover
Wingstop is a fast-growing new chain in the area. This project consisted of a new service, detailed lighting, low voltage wiring, power requirements for kitchen equipment, and hood controls.
Caliburger – Columbia
Caliburger is a new chain restaurant in the Columbia area. The projected consisted of new 400 amp service, fire alarm, hood controls, lighting design, low voltage, and power requirements.
PureBarre – Baltimore
Pure Barre has many locations throughout the United States. We provided them with energy efficient LED track lighting and installation of a new 200 amp service.
Menchies – Belair – Dullas -Towson
Menchies frozen yogurt shops are rapitly expanding and we’re able to be a part of it. We completed fully new buildouts which consisted of service, lighting, fire alarm, and power installation.
Potbelly – Elkridge, MD
The Potbelly franchise offers fresh, made to order sandwiches and speedy service. This was a fast pace project that was met on time and in budget. We installed a new 400 amp service with 2- 45kva transforms, 2 – 150 amp sub panels, all new lighting and power.
